How to make mesquite using a Chemex

Place filter into ChemEx and fill with 1 tablespoon of grounds per 5oz cup of mesquite.

Preheat water to 205°F. Rinse the filter with hot water and empty it out, leaving the filter in the Chemex.

Use 1-3 heaped teaspoons of mesquite per serving. You can play around with the amount of mesquite and water to your liking!

Pour hot water until the grounds are saturated. Wait 45 seconds allowing the grounds to bloom.
