Maintain your favorite morning rituals and routines
Mesquite is made in all the same ways as coffee -- espresso, Chemex, moka pot, french press and more. You can drink it strong and black, or indulge in a latte with your favorite milk. However you make it, mesquite pairs perfectly with your morning rituals.
How to make your mesquite
Use any of the coffee tools you already have in your kitchen
Moka Pot
Fill basket 3/4 full, place on medium heat, and allow to percolate.
Moka Pot
Chemex
Place filter into ChemEx and fill with 1 tablespoon of grounds per 5oz cup of mesquite.
Chemex
Espresso Machine
Fill portafilter with 1.5 tblsp of grounds (roughly 3/4 full). Do not tamp. Extract espresso like normal.
Espresso Machine
French Press
Depending on desired strength, put 3-4 heaping tablespoons of grounds into the French Press. Pour 1.5c of hot water over and let steep for 3 minutes. Plunge and serve.
