How to make mesquite using an AeroPress
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 AeroPress scoop of mesquite
Water to the No 4
DIRECTIONS:
Add 1 rounded scoop of mesquite in the chamber. Add 175°F hot water to the chamber to the No 4. Insert the plunger and press gently, continuing to press until you have a full shot of espresso strength mesquite.

WHAT YOU NEED:

- 2oz Water

Place the filter in the basket and twist the basket onto the chamber. Place the chamber on top of a sturdy mug.

Add 1 rounded scoop of mesquite in the chamber and shake to level out.

Add 175°F hot water to the chamber and stir for 10 seconds. Use the lines on the chamber as a guide.

Stir the grounds for 5-10 seconds

Insert the plunger and press gently, pausing when you feel resistance. Continue to press until you have a full shot of espresso strength mesquite.

Prepare as a latte, americano, or your other favorite espresso-style drink, and enjoy!
Other ways to make mesquite
French Press
Depending on desired strength, put 3-4 heaping tablespoons of grounds into the French Press. Pour 1.5c of hot water over and let steep for 3 minutes. Plunge and serve.

Fill portafilter with 1.5 tblsp of grounds (roughly 3/4 full). Do not tamp. Extract espresso like normal.
