How to make mesquite Cold Brew
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 part Mesquite
5 parts Water
DIRECTIONS:
Place mesquite grounds in the filter bag. Pour water in a circular motion to ensure even saturation. Steep at room temperature or in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours. Remove filter and allow to drain.

Place open filter inside of the brewing container.

Place mesquite grounds in the filter bag. Amount will depend on your tool and serving sizes.

Pour water in a circular motion to ensure even saturation.

Twist the top of the filter to close it, and put on the lid.

Steep at room temperature or in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours, depending on your taste preferences.

Use the tongs to remove the filter bag and place into the filter basket. Allow remaining mesquite to drain.

Serve over ice and enjoy!
Other ways to make mesquite
French Press
Depending on desired strength, put 3-4 heaping tablespoons of grounds into the French Press. Pour 1.5c of hot water over and let steep for 3 minutes. Plunge and serve.
